Keyboard shortcuts and search
Find any record with Cmd/Ctrl+K, jump between sections with G shortcuts, and use the keyboard in chat, mail and comments.
On a Mac, use ⌘ (Command) where this page says Cmd. On Windows and Linux, use Ctrl.
Search everything
Press Cmd+K or Ctrl+K, or click Search... in the top bar.
- Type at least two characters. APROS searches by name and also by meaning; results found by meaning carry an AI label. While that part runs you see AI searching....
- Narrow the search with the tabs All, CRM, Tasks, Files and Communication. On a tab other than All, chips let you pick record types, such as leads, deals, projects, documents or conversations.
- Use ↑ ↓ to move, Enter to open, Esc to close. Hover over a result to open it or copy its link.
- With an empty search box you see your Recent Searches and a Navigation list with the shortcuts below.
Search shows only records you are allowed to see.
If meaning-based search is not available, APROS says so under the results (Meaning-based search is unavailable: …) and still shows the results found by name.
General shortcuts

| Cmd+J | Open or close the AI Copilot panel on the right. |
| Cmd+. | Open or close the AI Brain widget — the round button in the bottom-right corner. It isn't shown on the AI Brain page or in Chat, or when an administrator switched it off (Settings → System → Modules → Floating Widgets). |
Shortcuts that are single keys, such as ? and the G shortcuts, don't work while you are typing in a field.
Go to a section
Press G, then the second key within half a second.

Writing messages and comments

Chat
